Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom units and pre-orders may require additional time.

Once shipped, delivery estimates are:

• U.S.: 2–5 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Due to the nature of our luxury wigs and hair products, all items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment to ensure the highest quality experience.
