INTRODUCTION 
Sandra’s Hair Studio is New York City based and all appointments made will be service at the studio located at 9602 church avenue Brooklyn New York store 4.
For travel services within New York there is an additional fee of $250.

ARRIVALS

It's very import that we both are online, i do understand life be lifting lol. you will be allowed a 10 mins grace period, after which a fee of $15 will apply if you're 15-30 minutes late, anything after will be an automatic cancellation.

DEPOSIT 

A 25% deposit plus taxes and fees is required to ensure your appointment for any service that exceeds $100. Deposits are non-refundable but goes towards your services.

You may reschedule up until 24 hours before your appointment. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULES MADE WITHIN 24 HRS WILL ACQUIRE A $30 FEE. Deposits are also lost if you arrive more than 30 minutes late!

“FOR ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITH CASH”

ANY CUSTOM COLOR SERVICES ON BUNDLES/ WIG MAKING SERVICES/WIG INSTALL SERVICES (WHERE CLIENTS PROVIDES THE HAIR) THE HAIR MUST BE BROUGHT IN 2-3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Our Luxury Raw hair can be provided for any services listed and can be purchased at an additional cost on our website or in-store (please indicate pier your appointment. If needed, please contact us directly @ 929 210 9195 or send an email directly to Sandrashairstudio@gmail.com

I WILL NOT GO BEHIND ANOTHER STYLIST WORK TO FIX OR MAINTAIN AN INSTALL THAT WAS NOT DONE BY ME.
There are extra fees for using weft hair that has been previously cut (not by me), and for washing your extension hair if not already washed and condition.  I will need any frontal in advance for customization. The total process time will take 3-4 business days.
